TO BE A FATHER YOU NEED TO GO THE WHOLE NINE YARDS

Becoming a responsible father, is what I optimistically longed for, over the years. Until I got married, that was when I began to feel the impact of being a father.

To be become a responsible father is not just a day job. In fact, it’s a lifetime commitment.

Before I got married, I did fend for myself only and had no-one solely depending on me. But as soon as I got married, and in few years gave birth to my first child, second and third, I soon realized that I was in for more challenges.

Of course, I had to provide for their needs, as well as their upbringing. After all, they didn’t ask me to bring them into this world, as such; it’s their right for me to provide for them.

You see, there are times, I would like to keep away from them, maybe to have a quite time by myself to relax or even go away on a short Holiday Break, that is the time they come to me and say daddy, daddy, see this, see that. I mean, they might not give me a breathing space, but that is also why, I can not do without them, even for a day or so.

Not withstanding, it’s really interesting to be a father. Most times, when I look at my beautiful wife and the children that God has given me, I give thanks to God, especially my last kid, by the name of LENNOX.

My children are my heroes; I love and cherish them very much. Honestly, being a responsible father is fulfilling and I wouldn’t change my life and family for anything.
